Pellowah can be received remotely wherever you are in the world. During your one-hour session, you simply lie down somewhere quiet and comfortable, allowing yourself to rest and receive.
Afterwards, you are encouraged to drink plenty of water and give yourself space to integrate the energetic changes that may continue to unfold.
