Born to a young mother and adopted as an infant, my early life carried a deep sense of separateness and a longing for belonging. Yet even as a child, I found solace and connection through the land, the animals and what I now understand to be the greater cosmos—a world of mystery, imagination and spirit that felt more like home than the human world around me.
As I moved through my teenage years and into adulthood, that longing deepened. Beneath moments of joy, synchronicity, connection and extraordinary beauty, there remained an emptiness I could not yet understand. My path became one of seeking—searching for meaning, truth and a deeper connection to both the human experience and the mystery that lies beyond it.
Years later, during a transformative period marked by the threshold of perimenopause and the approach of my Chiron return, I followed the call of my soul into the Amazonian jungle of Peru. There, under the guidance and support of Indigenous Shipibo shamans and through ceremonial, spiritual and energetic work, I began shedding the identities, stories, grief and conditioning I had carried for much of my life.
What unfolded was both beautiful and confronting. I experienced profound interconnectedness, expansive love, altered states of consciousness and an awareness of the intelligence woven through all life. These experiences opened me to ways of knowing that I would later recognise in my work with the Akashic Records.
Returning to the Western world and integrating these experiences was not always easy. Transformation rarely is.
I do not claim perfection, nor do I claim to have arrived. I walk this path as a human being who has known darkness, loss, longing and rebirth—and who has experienced the alchemy of turning pain into wisdom and love.
At the deepest level of my being, I know we are far more than we have been taught to believe. I believe we are beings of consciousness carrying immense creative potential, with love at our very core.
Through Sacred Remembering, I offer a grounded and heart-led space for those who feel called to reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them and remember the truth of who they are.
Perhaps you have sensed that there is more to who you are—and more to existence than the life we see around us. Maybe you have always felt like an outsider, as though you do not quite belong anywhere.
You may be moving through a spiritual awakening or feel as though you have already done so much inner work, releasing old identities and patterns. Yet you now stand at the threshold of profound change, ready to awaken and express your unique gifts in the world.
You may feel drawn to the Akashic realms or have experienced other realms in ways you cannot explain or fully understand. You do not need to have all the answers—only a willingness to journey.
If these words resonate, Sacred Remembering may be calling you home to yourself, your innate wisdom and your true identity.
For many years, I understood my life through the language of survival. To describe those experiences as opportunities for growth while I was living them would have felt impossible. The terror was real. So were the darkness, anger and profound aloneness.
There were times when I shouted into the unseen—sometimes crying, sometimes laughing in disbelief – ““Why would my soul choose this life? Why? Why? Why?” It often felt as though several lifetimes had been compressed into one body, one story and one human heart.
The answers did not arrive through a single revelation. They came slowly—through books, spiritual practices, lived experience, inner work and the many teachers who crossed my path. Over time, my question began to change. Instead of only asking, “Why did this happen to me?” I began asking, “What is this experience asking me to see, learn or remember?”
I came to understand that some people were not meant to remain in my life, and that recognising someone as a teacher does not make everything that happened acceptable. Yet every encounter revealed something. Some taught me about love and compassion. Others taught me boundaries, discernment and the importance of reclaiming my voice. Some reflected what I wished to embody; others showed me what I could no longer carry.
What I once understood as karmic debt began to feel more like patterns seeking completion, balance and release. I am not grateful for the pain itself, but I hold deep gratitude for the wisdom I discovered and for the parts of myself I reclaimed along the way.
My teachers have come from every walk of life—and not all of them have been human. The land, animals, unseen beings and greater cosmos have each guided me back to something ancient within myself.
Today, I experience myself as both deeply human and multidimensional. Through every teacher and every experience, I have been led back to one essential lesson: we are pure Source in human form.
We are not separate from the sacred. It lives within us, moves through us and expresses itself as us.
This is where the magic lies.
And still, I remain a student.
For much of my early adulthood, I found relationships with men easier. Looking back, I wonder whether this was because those relationships allowed me to remain at a safer distance—from my emotions, my body and a feminine power I had not yet learned to trust.
I knew how to think, strive and survive. I knew far less about receiving, creating, flowing or listening to the wisdom held beneath words.
Motherhood did not immediately return me to sisterhood. At times, the playground became a place where old wounds were acted out by adults. Rather than finding safety among women, I was reminded of how deeply women can wound one another when their own pain remains unseen.
Yet as I began to rise from the ashes of my own life, something within me changed. I began longing for women—not simply for company, but for sisterhood. I found myself especially drawn to the crones: women shaped by life, who no longer need to perform their wisdom because they have lived it.
Then I encountered Emergence: Womb-Centered Leadership for the New Earth, a seven-month women’s leadership journey with Emmi Mutale. Its invitation to reconnect with the womb as a source of wisdom, restore balance between feminine and masculine energies, and embody a form of leadership rooted in love spoke to something deep within me.
I felt the call but told myself the timing was not right.
My womb, it seemed, had another answer.
For an entire week, the womb card repeatedly appeared from my oracle deck. It fell from the deck. My cat knocked cards from the table, and there it was again. I scattered the cards across my bed, looked out of the window and prayed, “Please show me what most needs to be revealed.”
Again, the womb.
Once might have been chance. Twice, synchronicity. By the end of the week, it felt like an insistence from somewhere deeper within me.
So, I said yes.
I do not know exactly what these seven months will reveal. Perhaps there will be more wounds asking to be witnessed and more beliefs ready to be released. But I also sense the possibility of greater gentleness, creativity and flow—a deeper trust in my body and a softening into the sovereignty of being a woman.
I am learning that softness is not the opposite of power. It is a power of its own.
At a time when many of our existing systems and ways of being are revealing their limitations, this journey feels both personal and collective. I sense the Divine Feminine rising—not to replace the masculine, but to restore balance and return us to embodied wisdom, compassion, creativity and the frequency of love. Perhaps this is part of how we co-create the New Earth: by allowing its transformation to begin within each of us.
I am entering this next chapter with curiosity and an open heart, while carrying a deep yearning to return more fully to the ancient feminine wisdom within me – and to discover what becomes possible when I nurture her, trust her and allow her to shine.
